THIS IS A NEW CAR AND IT LEFT ME STRANDED IN A PARKING LOT FOR 6 HOURS ON MOTHER DAY UNTIL IT WAS DRAGGED ONTO A TOW TRUCK. WHEN IT WAS REPAIRED THEY SAID FROM THE FACTORY THE COMMUNICATION WIRE WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE THAT IS WHY IT WAS CUT OFF. INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE WIRE THEY SOLDERED IT AND SAID I WOULDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM AGAIN. THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE A PART TO REPLACE THE WIRING HARNESS REALLY?? SO I HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR FRANKENSTEINED TOGETHER INSTEAD OF THE PART BEING REPLACED.
NOW A WEEK AFTER I GET MY CAR BACK, THE DASH WENT DARK AND LIT UP AGAIN. ANOTHER ELECTRICAL ISSUE SO IT IS BACK IN THE SHOP AGAIN FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. I GOT THE CAR ON MARCH 10TH AND IT HAS ALREADY BEEN IN THE SHOP TWICE.
ALSO THE WIPER MOTOR WAS REPLACED AND STILL DOES NOT WORK AND THE UCONNECT FREEZES ON THE MUSIC AND DOES NOT COMMUNICATE. ALSO EVERYONE YOU HAVE TO HELP YOU REALLY DOESN'T CARE. THIS HAS BEEN AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
THIS WAS MY DREAM CAR BUT IS NOW A NIGHTMARE I DON'T KNOW WHAT I CAN DO. I WANT THEM TO REPLACE THE WIRE HARNESS OR GIVE ME A NEW CAR. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
