The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Challenger. While attempting to remove the rear passenger side tire, the oem lug wrench did not fit correctly into the lug holes. As a result, the contact was unable to remove the wheel. A dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that they could not provide instructions for removing a tire. The failure mileage was unknown.
