Been to the dealership service department. They claim that the TCM has not registered a fault. TCM is supposed to be so good that nothing gets past it. Well, it's still slipping when cold. I have scheduled a service appointment with another dealership. I will post an update after I get it back next time.
Update from Jun 4, 2019: Complain was escalated all the way up to Fiat/Chrysler. Received a software update which did not solve the issue. I was given a bunch of free oil changes for my troubles.
