The contact owns a 2019 Dodge Challenger. The contact stated while driving 55 mph, when she T-boned into another vehicle causing her to lose control and also hit a guard rail. The air bags did not deploy. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated prior to the accident. The contact stated she sustained a broken left hand and 3 persons were injured on the other vehicle (unaware of what injuries). The contact stated herself and the 3 passengers all sought medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to impound lot. A dealer was not contacted. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired as of yet. The manufacturer had been informed of failure. The failure mileage was 4,018.
