I was unable physically to take my old tire with me since I came from a trip and my trunk and interior had luggage. I went to russell westbrook Dodge on June 19, 2020 with this concern and ask them at the very least to refill my tire with nitrogen which I paid $500 for and asked to check for my tire pressure on all my tires, both of these requests were denied I feel unsafe driving this car. I asked the service director of russell westbrook Dodge in van nuys to write a service docket detailing my situation and his denial to check my tire pressure and to fill my tires with nitrogen, as well as a potential alignment he declined all of these request and banned me from servicing my car, I feel very overwhelmed for my safety and for the safety of others because of this negligence brought by russell westbrook Dodge. I reached out to perelli tires llc and they declined to help me because I was an able to have the tire with me for inspection, if I had space in my truck I would've taken my tire. On another matter I contacted fca Dodge regarding steering clicking noise coming from my car when turning our parking the car between zero and 3 miles per.
