A flat tire fix estimate was given to me 12/21/20. It took a week to fix a tire and on top you have to pay for it. It's only 500 Miles on the car and got flat tire. The customer service is so bad and there is no one to talk in person its just phone directing here and there.

The guy who delivered car was nice on delivery day and, no, not even calling on phone.

Overall, it was a very bad experience and you can't plan a long trip. If this incident happens on long trip, you are in hell. They claim world class road side assistance program but 7 days for tire service and you are stuck with uber voucher or rental car, which you come to know you can use only after calling them.

I had very bad experience with Tesla overall.
