Charger RT 5.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 42,000 miles

Sitting at red light when engine went into fail safe mode. Took to 5 Star Dodge, paid diagnostic fee, they wanted over $1000.00 to replace heads, injectors, plugs, and other unrelated parts. Took to "other than Dodge" mechanic. He ran compression check, put 2 cans of Seaform through throttle body, told me to fill up and put another cal in tank. $400.00 fix.
