  • 70,954 miles
The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while at a stop, the gauge indicated that the engine was overheating followed by a loud noise. There was smoke being emitted from underneath the hood and antifreeze was leaking onto the ground. The contact discovered that the fan blades were missing. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, who stated that the engine fan blade on the drivers side fractured and punctured the radiator. As a result, the radiator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 70,954.
