The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that the driver-side front seat belt won't un-latch from the seat belt buckle. As a consequence an occupant would be unable to neither exit the seat nor properly use the seat belt. A representative of the manufacturer referred her to a local dealer. However, the dealer would not inspect the vehicle because the warranty expired. The failure and current mileages were 45,215.
