While driving the air bag light came on and the A/C went out. I called a dealership to see what the issue could be and they said bring it in it could be as simple as a fuse. Then I googled the issue and saw which fuses and changed them but it didn't work. I know there was a recall on the airbags and since the issue started when that light came on I wanted to try getting that fixed first and maybe that would solve the issue (since the A/C and airbags are around the same area). I take the car in. They fix 1 air bag (no parts for passenger side) and the ignition switch. Still no air/heat/defrost. I pay $121 for a diagnosis of, start with replacing the tipm (no guarantee that will fix the issue or that it's a permanent fix) since the ac is not getting power and ground.

Windshield wiper malfunction. May set wipers at fast rate but only wipe intermittently. May alternate between 2 rates at random. Wipers unreliable, resulting in poor visibility in inclement weather. When turning off, wipers continue to wipe when off for about 10 more wipes. Occurs whether stationary, in motion, street or highway, etc. Has occurred on several occasions since 12/14/2016

The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Charger. While driving at 35 mph, the gauges and meters displayed incorrect reading levels. In addition, the contact stated that while in park, the vehicle failed to start and the windshield wiper was activated but failed to function. The electronic throttle control (etc) warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the relay needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. However, the failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 14V567000 (electrical system). The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 70,000.
