2008 Dodge Charger was involved in an accident while going 60 mph and the airbags did not deploy. The consumer stated the vehicle hit a tree and she as well as the driver were seriously injured.

On August the 22,2010 my car exited the off ramp onto warden road going about 60 mph during this time my tires blew out on my Dodge Charger 2008 model during this time lost control of vehicle at this point it flips over several times car was total injuries were sustained but we noticed that the airbags did not deploy raising concern as to why they didn't come out. We thought maybe after the accident that they did but we went to view the car and no airbags came out.
