2010 Dodge Charger. Consumer writes regarding vehicle recall the consumer received a recall letter in the mail. However, when he arrived at the dealer, he was informed there were no parts available, but they would be available in 4 to 5 days. The consumer waited longer than 5 days and when he returned to the dealer, he was told the parts had not arrived. The consumer then contacted another dealership and was told they could fix his vehicle anytime.
