The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. While driving and making a left turn into a service area, the vehicle turned off. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (located at 8214 E independence blvd, charlotte, nc 28227, (704) 532-1050) where it was diagnosed that the battery, power train control module, and alternator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was currently being repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 110,000.
