The car was still under warranty, bumper to bumper, power train, etc. however, this was not included! We complained to corporate offices and were offered nothing! The agency whom repaired it gave us a one year guarantee.
It is now May and there are noises similar to those that occurred before the failure last September. We are taking it back today for satisfactory diagnosis/ resolution.

Driving out of town one day, and I noticed that I had no cruise control. It wouldn't turn on at all. Just figured the TCM went down and I would have to take it into the shop to get it reset the next day. After returning back home, shutting off the car for the night.. I walked out to take it in to the shop the next morning. Tried remote starting my car while I was getting ready (It was a little chilly, 20-30F). I walked out and the car was not running. What the f*ck?
I got in and tried to start the vehicle. Electrically, all the lights dimmed/shut off in the cabin as if the car was trying to start.. But, the starter was never even getting power. Checked battery, it's good. I wound up doing a lot of wire tracing and checking the TCM, ECM and PCM. All modules were down and the PCM was not operating correctly.
I had to get it towed from my house to a local dealership, who then diagnosed the problem down to exactly what I came to find out. (They wouldn't take my word for it and just replace the PCM. I couldn't personally change it myself without some special dodge computer to reprogram the PCM to my car.)
All in all, my car was out of commission for 2 weeks and $1,100 spent. I got my car back.
