The contact owns a 2011 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that it was difficult to unlatch the buckle of the driver side seat belt. In addition, the horn failed and was no longer operable. The contact also heard a loud screeching sound when the brake pedal was depressed. The dealer stated that the lower control arm, tie rod end, and wheel bearing needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failures recurred. The failure mileage was 53,000.
