The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Charger. While driving various speeds, the vehicle was unable to shift gears and the check engine indicator illuminated. The contact was an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the rear passenger and driver speed sensors failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 39,000.
