The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Charger. While driving various speeds, the horn failed to operate without warning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the clock spring was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and confirmed that there was no warranty for the horn issue. The failure mileage was approximately 72,000.
