The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that when the ignition key was turned to the start position, the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the technician stated that the battery needed to be replaced. The battery was replaced, but the failure recurred several times. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was serviced under NHTSA campaign number: 14V634000 (electrical system). The contact mentioned that after the vehicle was serviced, the temperature gauge failed to operate and the front passenger side window opened independently. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
