Charger SE 3.6L V6

I was sold a 2012 Dodge Charger from Joe Basil Resale on Sherdian Dr. in Williamsville NY in June 2014. In September the module went bad on my car. My windshield wiper blades were stuck on HIGH full speed, even when in the off position. Also, my night time lights, would come on during the day, while set to auto. Overiding the day time running lights. I brought my car in on Monday September 23rd and for the entire week I was lead to believe that my car was going to be fixed. The dealership left me stranded with no loaner vehicle and no solution. They finally admitted to me on Friday September 27, 2014, that my module was bad and that the part was on "National back order" and no ETA on when the part would be coming in. I bought the extended warranty with the purchase of the vehicle. They only would cover a "one day rental" from Enterprise Car Rental, even though there is no time table for when my car will be fixed. So, basically i have to continue to pay for my vehicle, pay for the extended warranty, pay the $100.00 deductible, if and when the part comes in. And, pay for a rental car out of pocket!
