Purchased this car and a week later the car wont stop blowing blistering heat. I usually have heat set on the midway point between hot and cold. I noticed while driving to work it was trying to burn me out of the car. I took it to the dodge dealer they told me that the problem was the blend door actuator. So they said that they could reprogram it to work. After sitting at the dealer for 2 hours they came to me and said 'Sir we reprogrammed it to learn the mins and max's for the blend door". On the way home it worked, probably because the car had been sitting for a while in the shop. But as I was turning down my road here comes the gates of hell back. So I turn around and head back to the dealer. They brush me off and tell me the part has to be ordered. And in the process try to get me to trade the vehicle that I hadn't officially owned 7 days. So I buy the part myself and replace it. works exactly like the last one. I think there is something more than these actuator motors causing an issue. I searched high and low for this problem in these vehicles cant find any other than older models. Please tell me I am not alone.

I have had the heat come on in the summer time with it being 90 to 100 degrees and could not get the heat to turn off while driving. This has happened several times.
