When I first purchased my vehicle, I had the uconnect as an option or added feature, so it was very annoying that it stopped working even before I finished paying off my car. All the dealership could say was "oh, we don't know what's wrong with it, you just need to replace it". Any technical service bulletins that I came across during that time didn't mention, and now they just brushed it off and told me the same thing "oh you have to pay for a whole new uconnect system and replace it". They say that they can't do anything about it, it's not covered under warranty.
