The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Charger. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact noticed that multiple warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the ABS module had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The mechanic referred the contact to a local dealer for further assistance. The dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer informed the contact that there was a waiting list for other vehicles to be serviced for the ABS module failure due to limited parts. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 118,585.
