The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Charger. While driving at approximately 20 mph, the heater defroster failed and the cool defroster activated without being prompted. All of the windows in the vehicle frosted making it difficult for the contact to view the road. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000.
