I purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger for my son, from a Dodge Dealership in Missouri. The car has had all its work done at a Dodge Dealership. Since we have purchased the car, we had some warrant work done where the radio and backup camera had to be replaced. Since we had this work done in Topeka, Kansas, at Briggs Dodge of Topeka, the dash has started falling apart. Secondly, we have noticed that the trim on all four interior doors is coming apart. I looked online and noticed that Dodge has had lots of complaints on the Dodge Charger trim packages falling apart. I took this vehicle back to Briggs Dodge of Topeka to have them look at these issues. They stated they would have to replace the dash where it is coming apart near the gages, because it is all one piece. Second, they advised that each of the interior door panels need replaced because there is no way to fix them. Lastly, they told me that because the car is out of warranty, it is not covered, and it would cost me thousands of dollars to fix.

The dealership advised me that they do not believe I as a customer should have to pay for this and they agree that Dodge should have "Recalled" this particular problem, because they see this all the time with Dodge Chargers. Additionally, I have gone online and researched this problem and see that Dodge is under heavy scrutiny over this with lawsuits pending. Briggs Dodge Topeka, Kansas, provided me with the Dodge Customer Care number 800-423-6343 to call and make a claim. I have received a claim number #93830923, and the case has been referred to "Jomar" who is a Manger. I have called Dodge Customer Care over a dozen of times and left Jomar multiple messages to call me back and still no return call. I understand that this vehicle is out of warrant, but the fact of the matter is that everyone that I have spoken too, to include your own certified Dodge mechanics say this is a "Factory Default" and I do not believe I should have to pay for these repairs.

This vehicle is in excellent shape and has always been maintained through Dodge Certified Service Departments. We have made not modifications to the vehicle to cause these issues. The service you all have for complaints is terrible and the lack of customer service is horrendous. My wife and I are looking to purchase a new vehicle, and my wife likes the Dodge Durango, however because of this issue we are looking at other make/models' vehicles. I would like some answers to this ASAP. I would like someone to sit down with Jomar and explain the process of how to return a call. I have been patient, just would like some support. Thanks!
