melted fuel pump melted fuel pump melted fuel pump

Raw fuel smell in car due to melted fuel pump from wiring. I refuse to drive car until problem is fixed. Smells terrible in car and wonder about fire hazard. I can replace fuel pump; but expect problem to happen again. Bought as used police car.
