The failure was present on all four doors. The cause of the failures were not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 35,000.

The vehicle was taken to the local dealer and the contact was informed that the door panels needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was informed by the dealer that approval was needed from the manufacturer to service the vehicle. The manufacturer was informed of the failure but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 64,000.
