I was in a car accident. A woman hit my car in the drivers door at 40mph straight into the door. My air bags did NOT deploy. None of them deployed at all. The manufacturer was no help to me at all. I was injured in the car accident.

Daughter was in accident head on and loss control of car, couldn-€™t stop because KNEE AIR BAG deployed and wouldn-€™t allow her to step on brake. The car finally stopped from engine damage after about 200 yards but she almost went into oncoming traffic because she was unable to push the brake down. VERY UNSAFE

The contact's son owns a 2020 Dodge Charger. The contact stated while his son was driving 40 MPH, when another vehicle was making a turn and collided with the front driver side of the vehicle. The contact stated another vehicle pushed his son's vehicle across 10 meters and crashed into a wall. The air bags did not deploy. The driver (son) sustained injuries on his neck and back but did not seek medical attention on the day of the incident. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a body shop. The contact stated the following day, the driver sought medical attention at an urgent care. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. A dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
