Dakota LE 5.2L V8

My Dodge Dakota has horrible peeling on the middle of the truck all the way from the tail lights to the headlights and it's bad. Dodge paint is horrible. I get that it's an old truck but even the newer ones have bad paint. I just wish we could get this recalled because this is a common problem, it's not just mine.
