The contact owns a 2001 Dodge Dakota. After the vehicle had been parked for four months, the rearview mirror fell from the windshield. The contact noticed a crack that spread all the way down the windshield. She purchased adhesive and replaced the rearview mirror; however, the windshield was still cracked. The current and failure mileages were 101,300.
