Dakota SLT 3.7L V6

The key can be removed in any position. This can cause the battery to drain if ignition is left in the acc or run position.

problem #1

Dakota 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 35,000 miles

Everyone's complaining about the newer vehicles with their problems. Even with this being an older vehicle, it still has had long term issues. The ignition switch has always been faulty. You can pull the key out while it is in the running position. The key has never worked correctly in the ignition switch, it has multiple issues.
