Dakota 3.7L

  • Automatic transmission

I have had my vehicle at the dealership 3 times for similar problems and spent big money for repairs. Now the vehicle is at the dealership and I am told they don't have the parts and don't stock the part and pretty much we are on our own to try to get the truck repaired. This is terrible business and they don't care . I call the cooperate office and was giving the name of a parts company and they don't have it. I don't know what to do. My vehicle have been in shop for days. The hurricane is coming to Tampa, FL and we don't have a vehicle and a big bill for nothing.

Dakota

  • Automatic transmission

I am utterly disgusted with the customer service person on the phone, Theresa, who was laughing as I was explaining this problem. I have had nothing but problems with this truck. I had to replace the transmission at 80,000 miles, and I drive 15min to work and back. I have had to replace the front end ball bearings. The problem now is that if I drive it to the store and turn it off it won't crank unless it sits for 15-30 minutes. I have had the crank shaft position sensor replaced twice in one month and it still is having the same problem. The check engine light has never come on.

I have never been so disappointed in a vehicle or company. It is outrageous that I once the truck was paid for I start having all of these issues. I will never ever buy another Dodge vehicle again. They are unreliable and their customer complaint office thinks it is funny because Theresa kept laughing throughout our conversation which leads me to believe she is too busy with inter office antics rather than taking my complaint and my issues with Dodge seriously. Theresa obviously finds humor in her company's bad products which displays a true problem within the Dodge company. It is insulting to me as someone who paid this company for a truck that is truly a piece of laughable sh*t.

Is there a place to file a complaint about the complaints department staff?

It is so sad that Dodge employees find the customers problems so funny that they laugh out loud when I am a dissatisfied customer.
