The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Dakota quadcab lwb. The vehicle was equipped with Bridgestone dueler 684 tires, tire size 245/70/16. The dot number was ejmtjmm032. The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 mph, an extremely loud noise emitted from the rear of the vehicle on the outside. The contact was able to maneuver the vehicle to the side of the road and noticed that the tire tread completely separated on the rear passenger tire. The tire was replaced with a spare tire. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 93,500.

Upon further inspection I checked all the sway bar items and front end; the sway bar struts were broken, I replaced and problem solved.
