The stupid thing goes into limp mode (reduces engine power, won't shift up from 2nd gear,) and misfires. Check engine light also flashes (indicating misfire) and throws about 12 different trouble codes, none of which lead to a solution. The local Dodge dealership told me to replace 2 sensors (camshaft and crankshaft position sensors) to fix the issue. I did just that, and it changed nothing. Several other repair shops couldn't find the issue. Earlier this evening, (2 years later) the same Dodge dealership appraised this truck for $500. Nice try Dodge. I owe $10k on it. They can't even fix their own abomination, then offer me less than what my '88 Ford Focus is worth for it. Good job standing behind your product, Dodge. Just another reason I tell people to stay the hell away from dealerships in general. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and NEVER buy a modern Chrysler product. If they go bankrupt, they deserve it and are long overdue for it.
