control panel won't work except for regular speedometer

I have been sick of being told not sure what is wrong or I have to go somewhere else because they don't have the right technician to take care of my car. 😠😤 I will be going to an actual Dodge Dealership here soon, cause the one I bought it from is over an hour away from me. And this one is in town. If I get any answers to the issues I will let you all know.

manual gauges inaccurate, sensors going off

I am currently waiting for a cluster to be sent by Chrysler. It has been 47 days of waiting. The dealership claims to be trying but Chrysler does not want to send the part. This has been incredibly frustrating and I do not know what to do.
