From the day I bought this car it has had issues of one kind or another, this was the first, before we even got it home from the dealership we had to arrange to have the undercarriage for the front passenger seat replaced. It was stuck in the full forward position and would not move. The dealer replaced it and I thought that was great, but I didn't realize it was an omen of things to come.
