The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Dart. The contact stated that while driving at an unknown speed, the cruise control was inoperable due to the traction control operating independently continuously. In addition, the air bag and seat belt warning lights were illuminated continuously. Binghamton Chrysler Jeep Dodge located at (1279 upper, front St, binghamton, NY 13901) was contacted and informed of the failures. The contact was provided the cost for the vehicle to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 87,000.
