Chrysler has refused to honor the vehicle warranty because the dealer did not change out the spark plugs during the 30000 mile service. I have been unable to get a written technical report as to why spark plugs would cause engine failure. Also, I was charged full price for the 30000 mile service and can get no explanation as to why they did not change the spark plugs.

Still can believe that there is nobody that's going to cover a brand new six months engine that blew up while I was driving and could possibly have killed me. No warranty wants to cover, no insurance wants to step in. What about corporate? Amazing how American car can last gorgeously made desperately breaking down. I know so far I'm only day away from walking into my lawyer's office if it doesn't get fixed soon because I missed my baby.
