I have tried to start my car prior to going to work, and the vehicle doesn't crank up. It takes me tries to get it to crank up. I would press on the brake, press the gas, turn the steering wheel, then turn the key, to try to make the car start. I have been dealing with this for at least 2 weeks. There are various complaints about this when it comes to the Dart and the Chrysler 200 on various message board sites and YouTube.
A few possible solutions that I have came across on message boards and Youtube...
1. Replace the crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor
2. Replace fuel pump
3. Clean both ends the wire that grounds the engine to the frame. (Possible corrosion)
I will be taking my vehicle to the auto shop to get an idea of what the problem may be.
