The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Dart. The contact stated that she was unable to adjust the heat to defrost the windshield. She was concerned that she would be unable to see the road in the rain. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to take the vehicle to a nearby dealer.
