During a collision, consumers seat belt popped off, her seat reclined, and her airbag experienced no deployment, claim 43-R543-220.

Gear shift can be engaged without depressing the brake pedal. It appears that this can be an issue for safety. The rear windows when open at a speed of 50mph create a wobbling in the steering ability as well as discomfort to the ears. Also, the rear windows retract all the way into the door which appears to create a possible hazard. The third seat does not appear to lock in place is there any hazards associated with the seat collapsing in a front end or rear end collision?
