My wife was driving our 2000 Dodge Durango. My daughter who was seated in the rear passenger seat screamed causing my wife to turn and look then hitting a concrete pad housing a approximately 30 feet pole from the target parking lot. There is approximately $9000 damage and my wife had to be taken by paramedics to a local hospital. Her head hit and broke the visor and visor arm and then the steering wheel due to the air bag not deploying. A Chrysler inspector has inspecting the vehicle and determined there was nothing wrong with the airbags which I have a hard time understanding.
