the power steering fluid, spraying like a squirt gun, appears to be coming from the pulley near the fill up cap on the pump. This could catch fire as it did on the PT cars.

Since I purchased this Durango in 2012 I have had to: replace the power steering pump and reservoir twice, pay for a blown head gasket, change the brakes twice, and had the 4 wheel drive fixed.
The purchase of this 2000 Dodge Durango is marked down in my list of bad life choices.
