The contact owns a 2001 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that the electric shift transfer case does not fully engage into gear when the transfer case selector switch is moved; therefore, the vehicle ends up in the neutral position. The dealer stated that his VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign id number 01V077000 (power train:automatic transmission:lever and linkage:column shift).
