The contact owns a 2002 Dodge Durango equipped with Goodyear tracker 2 tires, size: P235/70/R16 (na). While driving 60 mph, the rear passenger tire blew out. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that all four tires were corroded. The two rear tires were replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate vehicle failure mileage was 180,000 and the tire failure mileage was 17,000.

While driving 65 mph, the front of the vehicle became unstable. The consumer got out of the vehicle and discovered that the outside wall of the passenger side front tire was noticeably warned. The owner contacted the manufacturer who instructed the owner to have the vehicle towed to the nearest Dodge dealer. The dealer refused to tow the vehicle to the dealership and would not render any further assistance. Provide further details.

I'm driving a 2002 Dodge Durango. My car pulled to the right, I got a tire rotation and now it's pulling to the left. I saw in the news that there is a problem with the front upper joint ball, so that could have something to do with my problem. The tires are fine.
