Durango Dk Slate G V8

Had the Durango towed to dealer on Feb 12. This is Feb 21 .

They said a part was ordered on Feb 14 and installed but there was still a problem with the heater. I have called several times but told it is not ready as yet. How long does it take to fix a transmission?
