When I purchased the car used everything worked great, no issues with it. Until one day while it was snowing, I was told from the back seat cold air was getting in the car somewhere. Checked all the windows nothing rolled down. Check my air vents in the back seats and sure enough, extremely cold air as if the car was not heated up. Took it to the dealership and they told me they don’t have this stock in service any longer. Smh

When windows fog up can't get the selected control to send the air out the defroster ducts. Also can't get air flow to flow out the floor duct. The air blows constantly when on out the a/c ducts towards the driver and passenger no matter which option you select the motor or control device won't open or close the correct vent door for heating air conditioning to deflect to air flow to defroster or floor vents.

On a cool day when the windows fog up unable to get the defroster to function.
