various problems with cooling system

We have been dealing with the manufacturer and dealer back and forth. Our vehicle has every abnormality listed, except paint, and a few other small problems that could end up giants later.

The cooling system run around will happen after engine failure, electric panel fire, key fob troubles, horn troubles, air bag troubles.

So far that what we have learned from a certified mechanic is a fan clutch, that should stop spinning and engage in lock in the Hemi Name 5.7 continually spins, therefore your engine over time will begin to overheat..

Our air intake flows on the left and right but not centrally, it is clogged. Has been for a while about 2.5 months, the dealers diagnostic exam still hasn't been able to give a code that reads we have a clogged radiator. The mechanic was kind enough to replace a thermostat for free and a fan clutch at a low cost, however he was unable to fix the root problem explaining that the entire vehicle would need to be broken down to pinpoint the cause. He did not want to take advantage of us financially.

Yes, the dealer did advise this fan clutch is also computer controlled..Explained simply... we are unable to receive computer software updates.. We have no server. HA HA HA.
