Contact's vehicle did not have any brake lights and it resulted in an accident. The contact's vehicle was not involved in the accident, but the vehicle behind did not realize contact was topping due to not have any brake lights, causing another vehicle to hit it. Consumer did not know she did not have any brake lights or how long she had been driving without brake lights. Consumer did not know why the brake lights were not working. The vehicle was at service dealer, they did not know what was causing the brake lights not to work. There was nothing wrong with the bulbs. It could be something within the switch or in the electrical wiring.
