The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Durango. While driving at approximately 55 mph, all of the service lights illuminated on the dashboard and the odometer and speedometer failed completely. The contact shut off the engine and when restarting, the failure persisted. Suddenly, the seat belt warning chime activated and the vehicle resumed normal operation. The dealer advised water had leaked into the junction box from the sunroof causing the failure. The dealer flushed an unknown tube and advised replacing the junction box. The contact declined. The failure and current mileages were 64,000.
