Durango SLT V8

There is a consistent loud whining noise coming from under the hood of my 2005 Dodge Durango. The noise occurs during a cold start, turning (either way) and accelerating. I've taken the vehicle to 4 reputable mechanics. Everyone can hear it but no diagnosis. The belt and altenator (thought bearings were bad) were changed. To no avail and no one can diagnose this problem,
